The recruit will join our team and work at our headquarters located in Beirut Central District as a maintenance engineer to perform a variety of maintenance operations on state-of-the-art machines for banking automation.

The maintenance engineer shall enhance service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes. He has a critical role in connecting field operations with the support organization, helping minimize downtime and failure rate and maximize equipment productivity.

Multiple training sessions shall be attended outside of Lebanon.

Job functions

The maintenance engineer responsibilities and tasks vary from role to role, typically:

• Follow maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment incidents
• Diagnose problems and document solutions
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
• Repair equipment
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications

• Teamwork, Collaboration, Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge in the use of technology (i.e. computers, MS. Office, etc.)
• Proven experience with electrical and electronic equipment
• Proactive and self-driven
• Good communication in both written and oral form

Education and experience

• Bachelor degree graduate or equivalent
• Two years of experience in the electro-mechanical field
• English is a must, additional language is a plus
